Planning success

Planning permission has been successfully obtained for a new, three bedroom, stone house in the centre of Over Kellet, near Carnforth.

The traditional design respects the historic setting of the new property, which is located the village’s Conservation Area and surrounded by no fewer than three listed buildings.

The new dwelling provides a formal entrance hall with spacious sitting room and combined kitchen, dining room and sitting area, which has views down the extensive garden to the fields behind.

To the first floor there are three double bedrooms, two en-suites and a family bathroom.

The carport and garden room are located under low-pitched, Sedum roof extensions, which are designed to have minimal impact on the surrounding properties.
