MGA design ready for the market!

Mason Gillibrand have worked closely with developers Bishopsrock to gain planning permission for a stunning contemporary conversion of an existing underground water tank in Barnacre just South of Lancaster. The design includes a large double height entrance and living space with the existing arched roof exposed internally, with a central, enclosed courtyard space between the living accommodation and the extensive garage and workshop accommodation.

The scheme involves cutting out the west end of the tank to create a predominantly glazed facade offering views across the forest of bowland to the fylde coast.

Skyline CG have been busy working up some fantastic 3d visualisations of the proposal.

The site, complete with planning permission will be going on the market very soon.
