A breath of new life for a pair of Weavers Cottages

Lee has just completed the renovation of a pair of weavers cottages in Greenfield, near Oldham. The beautiful stone built, three storey building originally had a second floor weaving room across the whole building, with fantastic exposed timber trusses. All of the existing timber beams and trusses have been lovingly restored as interior featurework. MGA took the whole project from survey to snagging and supervised the whole construction stage, working closely with local contractor, Stoneswood Construction. The fresh new interiors include a number of contemporary bathrooms and ensuites and both properties are looking excellent.
