We have now started the construction of this large house. As you can see from this model, it is a new build house in open countryside and getting planning permission was quite complicated.


The building work is being very ably managed by Andrew Wooler and Ian Sunderland of RN Wooler from Keighley who have started by digging a very big hole!

Following our recent article in HTA on the planning and diversification of garden centres, we are pleased to have obtained successful planning permission granting the redevelopment of Daisy Clough Nursery.

Our strategic new masterplan for the steady growth and expansion of this horticultural and retail garden centre includes a replacement dwelling house for the owners, a new purpose-built retail building and garden tearooms.

Community Infrastructure Levy

CIL is a levy that local authorities can choose to charge on new developments in their area. The money should be used to support development by funding infrastructure that the council, local community and neighbourhoods want.
